Everything went very well and I was very impressed with the level of care. There was also a follow up by a doctor regarding my not wanting to take statins. I understand why the call was made and I appreciate the implications for my health and wellbeing.

The appointment was later than scheduled but I appreciated the fact that nothing was rushed when I finally saw the nurses.

I’ve had to wait three weeks for an appointment, but I did get a dressing done on my ankle very quickly so Goldstar for that!

I would have liked more time to discuss a condition which I was suddenly told I have. However I felt I was in expert hands.

It’s very difficult to get an appointment regardless of what time you phone up. I rang at 8am sharp and there was 24 people waiting.

Have more available appointments when I eventually get through to a receptionist
